OUR STORY

The Global Coalition for Efficient Logistics (GCEL) is a non-profit Public-Private Partnership founded in Switzerland in 2005 under Article 60 of the Swiss Civil Code.

GCEL unites more than 150 governments through their pan-regional organizations, 26 intergovernmental and non-governmental organizations, and the world's leading technology firms employing over 3.2 million professionals who collectively service 60% of the world's GDP.
Together, these organizations have joined forces to launch the HumaWealth Program-a tangible and transformative economic development initiative designed to create a more efficient, inclusive, and secure global commerce through the Digital Economy Platform (DEP) for the USD 231 trillion B2B marketplace.
Beyond driving growth and innovation, the DEP will also enhance cargo security, strengthen food safety, accelerate disaster relief, and reduce the global carbon footprint-delivering measurable benefits for nations and citizens alike.
GCEL has established the world's largest coalition to deploy this platform through a Global Structural Formula (GSF)-a unique governance model that empowers public and private institutions to act within their jurisdictions, ensuring trust, sovereignty, and balance. The GSF framework overcomes geopolitical, monopolistic, and data-privacy barriers that have long hindered the creation of a unified digital economy for the world's B2B trade.
By contributing your voice, vision, and leadership, you can stand with global leaders in advancing the GCEL mission:

"Connecting the Strengths of the World Community to Create Well-Being Across Humanity."

OUR MISSION

GCEL's mission is to set the targets, provide the tools, and build the global consensus needed to empower the Digital Economy Platform (DEP) through its HumaWealth Program - uniting nations, industries, and communities to deliver sustainable prosperity for all.

"Connecting the Strengths of the World Community to Create Well-Being Across Humanity."

GCEL'S HISTORY

The Global Coalition for Efficient Logistics (GCEL) was created as a Public Private Partnership (PPP) in 2005 by government and private sector leaders.

CORE VALUE

Our core values are rooted in efficiency, transparency, and shared prosperity.
Through the HumaWealth Program deploying the Digital Economy Platform, we aim to:

·Enhance efficiency and transparency across global value chains, creating a trusted environment for commerce and investment.

·De-risk commerce by empowering enterprises of all sizes with digital tools that reduce cost, fraud, and uncertainty.

·Elevate the buying power of mid- and low-income nations, generating new and sustainable demand that fuels growth in high-income economies.

·Promote inclusive global prosperity by ensuring that every nation and community benefits from the growth of digital commerce.

Together, these values drive GCEL's mission to sustainably expand global commerce, unlock opportunity, and deliver well-being across humanity.

GLOBAL STRUCTURAL FORMULA

GCEL’s global initiative is built upon a carefully engineered
organizational structure founded on a simple but powerful truth:

When the world's demand for a tangible global economic solution becomes a necessity, it cannot be achieved by government or the private sector alone.

While governments safeguard national interests and security, it is not their mission to directly operate marketplace solutions. Like-wise, it is unacceptable for the private sector to monopolize an infrastructure that touches the core of national sovereignty.

Such a system must therefore emerge from a true public-private partnership, ensuring both trust and balance.
To fulfill this vision, GCEL established the Nations Security Solution (NSS)—a foundation designed to address the interdependent needs of nations. GCEL’s global initiative operates under this framework, recognizing its impact on the daily lives of more than seven billion people and on the business-to-business (B2B) marketplace, projected to reach USD 524 trillion by 2037, while creating a new USD 25 trillion digital services industry.

The Global Structural Formula (GSF) provides the governance mechanism to make this vision a reality. It ensures that:

· The initiative is triggered by a non-profit organization, ensuring neutrality and global trust.

· It is delivered and maintained by capable global organizations, operating efficiently under public oversight.

· Governments, IGOs, NGOs, and industry leaders all participate within their jurisdictions, bridging the gap between the public and private sectors.

The GSF establishes an independent global monitoring system that mitigates geopolitical, monopolistic, and data-privacy risks, while enabling the rapid worldwide deployment of the Digital Economy Platform (DEP).

Through this formula, GCEL ensures that the benefits of the digital economy are inclusive, transparent, and sustainable—empowering all nations and communities to prosper together.

GLOBAL STRUCTURAL FORMULA CLUSTERS

Governments are not direct providers of business solutions within the marketplace, yet they carry the responsibility to resolve national and global challenges that affect their economies. To prevent anti-trust and monopoly risks, governments can partner with independent non-profit organizations that ensure equal opportunity for all qualified entities capable of delivering the required global solutions.
The Global Coalition for Efficient Logistics (GCEL) is an independent, non-profit public-private partnership that unites governments and industry leaders to jointly address major global economic challenges for the common good. GCEL's governing body provides oversight to the Revenue Sharing Organization (RSO), ensuring that the Digital Economy Platform (DEP) is delivered rapidly, equitably, and free of monopolistic influence, while safeguarding national sovereignty and geopolitical balance.
The World Logistics Council (WLC) serves as a semi-governmental Revenue Sharing Organization (RSO), governed by a global board representing all major regions—the Americas, Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. This structure ensures balanced representation, mitigates geopolitical and monopolistic concerns, and enables regional oversight of the World Logistics Council Network (WLCN). The RSO itself holds no direct commercial role; its operations are funded through a transparent revenue-sharing formula with the WLCN, maintaining neutrality while ensuring sustainable system governance.
The World Logistics Council Network (WLCN) consists of leading commerce, insurance, finance, and technology organizations, carefully selected through a transparent, equal-opportunity process. Operating under a global governance framework, the WLCN maintains and deploys the core system MDDEAS®—the technological foundation of the Digital Economy Platform. Driven by innovation and market opportunity, these organizations ensure rapid global deployment and deliver tangible benefits to businesses of all sizes, across both developed and developing economies.
The Multi-Dimensional Digital Economy Application System (MDDEAS®) is the core digital infrastructure of the world's new economy—an intelligent, interoperable system designed to seamlessly connect every stakeholder in the global value chain. Developed over more than 25 years of research and collaboration with the world's leading technology firms, MDDEAS® delivers thousands of free business applications that digitize trade activities across the USD 231 trillion B2B marketplace. By integrating Artificial Intelligence, Big Data Analytics, and Blockchain technologies, MDDEAS® provides real-time visibility, trust, and efficiency across commerce, finance, insurance, and logistics. Its unique architecture guarantees Ultimate Data Quality (UDQ)—ensuring that every transaction, shipment, and financial record is validated, transparent, and secure. Through MDDEAS®, enterprises large and small gain equal access to advanced digital services, enabling them to de-risk commerce, reduce costs, expand financing and insurance access, and accelerate global growth. In essence, MDDEAS® is the digital engine that powers the HumaWealth Program, transforming data into opportunity and turning the promise of the digital economy into tangible prosperity for all.
